THE KENSHIN-GUMI

Mi~na || site || journal

Mi~na obsesses over guys with nice coats that flap in the back^__^ Aoshi is Mi~na's favorite in the whole wide world! Then comes Kaiba, especially in the white thing. Mi~na enjoys playing RPG's on her GBASP with and waits excitedly for the debut of the PSP in America next year so she can play even more RPG's on the go!

Miz || site || xanga || pita

Occasional Anime-fan. At times stressed, depressed or bumed out from reality. Currently trying to succed as a college student.

Aya || pita || livejournal

The quiet one, but beware of her when she's around Nobuhiro Watsuki, Rurouni Kenshin, Sanosuke Sagara, Yuji Ueda, and Prince of Tennis.

Raven || deadjournal

Hi, I'm Raven and everyone claims I'm crazy, but THEY HAVE NO PROOF!!! I love bishounens and that is all I want to say cause this bio is getting too long.

Neko-chan site || xanga

lulululu... *spins* weee~.... lalalala.. >.> who ate my cake??? <.<;.. o i did... *disappears*

sLiMy || xanga

The stealthy one. I live by night, and hide by day. I welcome the creatures of the dark. Need I say more? Did you say yes? How about I fantasize about Final Fantasy. I'm also into YuGiOh Card Games. I enjoy too many anime to name them all. They are just so good...saavory!

Cadet

Miz taking the liberty of writing about Cadet, since he doesn't know anything about editing this portion of the page yet. So don't think bad of Miz if anyone doesn't like what Miz wrote. Cadet with his evil tomato picture wants to act as if he's evil, but inside he's just a big empty-word guy. Cadet thinks the best of the Blade of the Immortal manga!

Christina || journal

Here's an 18-year old suffering from a premature mid-life crisis if that is even possible (ha HA). It took me about a little a year to join and now here I am ^_^ Don't procrastinate folks. This is my first group blog. I hope to have fun and share my insanity while I'm at it. I love Fruits Basket and Yuki and elves with blonde hair (~_~).

Donna || xanga

Waaiii, a Hungry Plue! Eat more, eat more! Mi~na doesn't want Donna to shrivel up^__^

Hoi, hoi!
I finally remember to check this site.
Everyone must watch Prince of Tennis!! I know Mina watches it. And a few others... Yea, that's my obsession now.
I've created a livejournal account just to post fanfictions and crack. Mostly crack though, since the fics aren't done yet, TeniPuri crack.
Zannen munen mata raishuu! ^.~

I think that people may be a bit too busy. I certainly try to keep myself as such. Yet with much complaints my biggest peeve is the cold frigid weather. I'm sure you know what I mean Christine...for Cornell is quite the same. Anyhow... got back to college after a pretty good break back in the city. Had several meetings with Mina, Aya, Slimy and had lunch with Donna... hmm...maybe hope to see more people next time I'm in town ne?
--this blog was glomped by miz on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at 09:28 a.m.

Hey Is this journal officialy dead? Oh well, I hope everyone is doing okay, as in, all of your hopes and dreams are being realized and all that good stuff ^_^ I'll be stuck in NYC for a couple more weeks, is anyone still around? Peace.
--this blog was glomped by Christina on Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at 10:04 a.m.

I saw you on the day of my SVA Orientation? I don't remember... lol. It was nice seeing you today though. It will be nice to chill sometimes during lunch. When you have lunch? Sorry, about me blahhing so much about my school, professor and stuff. lol. The shuttle bus is actually a trolley. Can you change the little info that you put on this site to something else? I feel like a little pig each time I read that. lol.
--this blog was glomped by Yuhi aka Donna on Friday, October 22, 2004 at 11:36 p.m.

Ooh, SVA, then you're right next to me!  We saw each other when you had your orientation.  We can have lunch together and stuff^^  How is it there?  The shuttle that I've seen go by looks really neat, like a trolley.

I'm the one who really had not be posting in here at all. I forgot the password to it till I ask miz a couple of weeks ago. How's everyone been doing? Life's great for me right now, currently a student at SVA aka School of Visual Arts.
--this blog was glomped by Yuhi aka Donna on Monday, October 11, 2004 at 08:09 p.m.

Wow....this page has not been touched in a looong time. Probably everyone's busy and forgot about this page. Here I am procrastinating. I'm soooo dead. Got a quiz and soooo need to study for it!!!! Hiya Cadet!!! Awww... well you'll get use to the alone part. I'm living by myself in a single room. There's a lot more freedom and privacy...that's a great thing. I feel you with the money problem... I need to find another job. Try and call you or do you have a new phone number? Hope that you'll see this soon.
--this blog was glomped by miz on Wednesday, September 8, 2004 at 02:59 p.m.

ARGGGG!!!!! @_@

Life has it for me...mom just informed me that I have no time this week at all... anyone want to reschedule? I'll talk online if necessary. How I was hoping to have an outing.

But of all the damn frecking luck out there...!!!! I don't have that much time and other things are eating up time in which I can actually see people I haven't seen in a long time!
--this blog was glomped by miz on Wednesday, July 28, 2004 at 01:21 p.m.

Has anyone seen the trailer for a movie titled Garden State?  The trailer was boring and I still have no idea what the movie is about (much like the trailer for American Beauty), so I can't say I want to see the movie based on that trailer, but I loved that song!  Maybe I should check out Frou Frou's stuff^^
--this blog was glomped by Mi~na on Sunday, July 25, 2004 at 12:58 a.m.

Oh... bugger!!!!!!!!! I need to reschedule again.... :-< I'll contact ppl individually if they're interested in going on Saturday instead.

Actually don't even know now...when... >_<()
--this blog was glomped by miz on Friday, July 23, 2004 at 11:42 p.m.

Well..... since Slimy said that I'm planning this outing. I should have made plans to see who's coming. If anyone's coming or not..can you guys please confirm here? Otherwise call me to confirm....
--this blog was glomped by miz on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 at 12:10 a.m.

Gomen ne, minna-san. I'm truly truly sorry that the outing was cancled because of my own fault. I can't make it this week, but I hope that next week I would be able to reschedule. Does anyone have any objections to making the outing on July 30, 2004 with the same stated plans?
--this blog was glomped by miz on Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at 05:15 a.m.

The outing was supposed to be...well, it's kinda like early morning now, so I guess we could say it's supposed to be later.  Miz isn't feeling well, though, so it's canceled.  Get well, Miz^^
--this blog was glomped by Mi~na on Friday, July 16, 2004 at 03:01 a.m.

Wow that kind of sucks. I remember having a lot of fun at the anime club. And not that there are so many great series available on DVD, I'm surprised to hear that. Not that I but DVDs myself.. Maybe members have too little to do. I was a member of the anime club here at my Uni too. The outing sounds good. But, what day of the week would that be?
--this blog was glomped by Christina on Thursday, July 15, 2004 at 10:02 a.m.

True... some teachers have been telling me that the school has became much worst. Bruckner's finally retiring. I was wondering when he will retire... I have not gone back to Murrow since last Feb. I spoke with Neko about this and she said that the Anime Club now kinda sucks...nothing to do. No fresh blood in regards to anime. I'm giving up my anime collection as we speak.

Let' see though, this week's outing, Christina.. you can still come along. I know that Slimy, Mina, me, Sam and as there are people that will show up. This is a tentative plan minna, can change at any moment.Time 11-thirtyish - 12ish

  • Meet up in Barns and Nobel at 14th Street/Union Square in the DVD section of the store. Spend a while there
  • Then go to Mid-Manhatten Library or Bookoff
  • Then go to Borders in Park Ave.
Be sure to have an unlimited card...THAT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE!!!!
--this blog was glomped by miz on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at 08:36 p.m.

I spent a bit of last year at Murrow because I took an education course and I had to observe other classrooms^^  They are more strict with security now.  No more sitting in hallwaysT_T  Well, the guard let me sit there because (probably)  I was just reading a book as opposed to other kids yelling at each other and running down the hallways for no apparent reason and my next class (I was observing an environmental science class) was there.  When I left the building, there was this one girl who held the side door open for someone and the guard actually made that girl come back into the building and asked her for her name and stuff.  Miz tried to get in to visit once and they wouldn't let her.

Saying that you will never be able to communicate with me over the Internet is a broad and incorrect generalization, seeing as how you have been faithfully sending me "free movie tickets" for the past few months.  AIM isn't the end all, be all of Internet communication.  When I've blocked your email and banned you from here, that's when you should start worrying.

I'm still not unblocking you from AIM even though you feel hurt.  The best I can do is tell you not to be hurt.  It is a struggle to keep up a conversation with you because everything we talk about turns into a debate of some sort (one example is...well, right here); it's not something I would enjoy with instant messages.  See, it's actually a compliment to be blocked from AIM:p  It means your messages are so thought-provoking that I need time and effort to keep up with them, not something I'm looking to do on a nightly basis I wouldn't want you to dumb down your messages just for me^_____^

Heeey, I have a free movie ticket (not from sLiMy) to see Catwoman!  I'll go see it if someone goes with me!  It doesn't look like a very good movie, so the real enjoyment has to come from my company.  Whoever goes with me would still have to pay for their own tickets:p
--this blog was glomped by Mi~na on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at 01:43 p.m.

Uh oh. It seems like we're in the middle of a squabble here.. But, I would be interested in seeing Murrow. Actually, I have not been there since graduation. A biology teacher there (sp?) goes to my church and I talk to her occasionally but that’s it. She did indicate that the school has changed for the worse but things are still okay. Imagine no more optas >_< Anyway, if you’re planning an outing I would like to know. Perhaps via aim or cell phone or whatever. Till later than ::peace::
--this blog was glomped by Christinina on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at 09:01 a.m.

Okay, lets clear things up if you allow me to. I never said anything about not being friends at all. But don't you think that its sad if someone you know as a friend keeps you on his/her block list and probably doesn't plan to talk to you at all ever over the net nor let you say a simple "hi". After a while would you start thinking if the other person really considers you a friend? I would. Not just me, but most other people would too. Sorry if I aggravated you, I wanted you to at least understand this much. Also, you shouldn't jump to conclusions and just stick to what I said earlier. Hey, if you prefer to keep me blocked thats ok. After all its your decision. It feels like a person has been dumped in the rubbish and a cold door slammed shut, leaving just a pint of shadow. If possible I'd prefer starting over should I have your consent, if not then leave that be.
--this blog was glomped by sLiMy on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at 12:46 a.m.

Since when did not talking to a person on AIM become "ruining a friendship?"  Are you saying that if I don't unblock you, our friendship is over?  So that time I went with you to Asahiya, we weren't friends?  Well, thanks a lot.

I had no idea that our friendship was on the brink of destruction until you said so.  Thanks for sharing your true feelings.
--this blog was glomped by Mi~na on Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at 11:02 p.m.

Wow, allright fine. Didn't know you had such a low tolerance for people. All you could've done is just to say that you'd prefer not to talk about the subject matter. I don't think it's worth ruining a friendship this way. Hope you reconsider anyways. ^_^ Laterz.
--this blog was glomped by sLiMy on Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at 10:17 p.m.

I'm not blocking you because I hold a grudge; I'm blocking you because you're a pain in the ass to talk to online.  If I really held a grudge, I wouldn't have agreed to meet up with you that last time went to Asahiya together.  In person, you're okay:p
--this blog was glomped by Mi~na on Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at 04:18 p.m.

Ichi, ni, san, shi Mina is still blocking me, Ni, ni, san, shi Didn't know you keep grudges really. Group outing sounds good. Please let me know the details and the time. I hear no one enjoys physical activities eh.
--this blog was glomped by sLiMy on Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at 01:19 p.m.

I'll try to have it all back up tomorrow, but no promises^^  In the meantime, enjoy the yellow!  Or provide free image hosting:p  The saddest part is now no one will get to read about my very exciting (haha) life until thenT_T  The layout is supposed to look like this.
--this blog was glomped by Mi~na on Sunday, July 11, 2004 at 12:56 a.m.

Hey it's great that Christina finally posted.. It's been a long time. I hope that you check this as well as other members of isol gang. Well I'm planning a get together. We can meet late in the afternoon like there was school right? What does people want to do? Do you guys want to go out to a resturant for dinner and gab?

The layout is a RK one. Wonder if the server is down? I did not see Harry Potter's third movie. Not really interested.
--this blog was glomped by miz on Sunday, July 11, 2004 at 12:10 a.m.

The third Harry Potter came out in HK on Thursday. I saw advertisements everywhere that I almost got sick of them.. Did anyone besides Mina (since we saw it together) saw the movie?

I just finished watching the first Harry Potter movie today in Chinese dub on tv. It feels weird to watch it in Chinese; kinda hard to get used to. The first movie is my favorite out of the three so far. So I don't mind watching it again.

It's nice to see a new layout. So much so that I've been inspired to post an entry. I'm afraid the pictures will not load however. Anyway, as far as visiting NYC is concerned, it would be nice since I have not seen any of you in some time. I hope everyone is enjoying their Summer *_*
--this blog was glomped by Christina on Friday, July 9, 2004 at 09:44 a.m.

Yikes...that's hot.... anyhow... Neko... planning an outing next week. Talk with Slimy. This week there's something as well... Mina's going to Boarders on Friday. I think I'm going.. want to come along? I'll call you...do you have a cell Neko?

I would like to go to Chinatown... Looking at One Piece ..... then there's other stuff of Chinatown, need to fix my necklace and food food food...

I sold about five stuff at half.com... if anyone's interested. That was stressful. This thing with me on the internet selling...has been a long time in coming... need to convince my sister to watch more of her stuff so she can sell it... o_O... she has more then twice the amount of DVD's I have... >_<()... looking at it... wants me to just... sell it. It's kind of scary actually. I spent yesterday from 10AM-3AM listing things. There's so much more things to sell... the only problem is, "WHERE THE FRELL IS IT" I can't find anything around this place... I call home.. crap. >_<()
--this blog was glomped by miz on Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at 05:58 p.m.

Well, they probably didn't give anything away that you would be interested in anyway^^;  I picked up a Duel Masters comic, a Mickey Mouse comic, an Archie comic, and a Teen Titans one.  You can see the free ones for this year at the top of the Free Comic Book Day site.  Once a year for the past three years; different comics each year, though.  My favorite part of it is that the comic book store I go to to get this stuff had a 30% off sale cuz of Independence Day^___^

I used this site and it says that 36 degrees Celsius is 96.8 degrees Fahrenheit.

*Still staring at the layout* :p

That's a long article there, Miz. I don't really care about the political issues even though I should be concern. I just blame it on the people in charge.

HK's really hot last week. Around 35-37 C. Don't know how to convert it to F, but some people got sick from the heat. I didn't want to go out. Even when I do I usually go to shopping centers because of the AC. But the weather's a little cooler right now, since it rains.
--this blog was glomped by Aya on Monday, July 5, 2004 at 10:21 p.m.

Mina, I did go with you to Free Comic Day. Didn't read any of the comics yet. Flipped through Archie. Mostly now is computer and gba that's holding my attention.
--this blog was glomped by miz on Sunday, July 4, 2004 at 10:43 p.m.

Did anyone else get any free comics on Free Comic Book Day?^^  I got a few, but I only read the Teen Titans Go! one so far.  Very cute.  Next up is the Mickey Mouse comic!
